Sleep is the most important part of everyone's life, which should be given a sufficient amount of time every day. The Apple Watch will help you create your own sleep schedule. You can improve the quality of your sleep and limit distractions before you go to sleep or that might wake you up.
To enable sleep tracking features, you need to:
1. Go to the Watch app;
2. Scroll down and find the Sleep tab;
3. Activate all the necessary functions.
Your sleep tracking data will appear in the Health app on your iPhone.
You can also turn on the "Reminders to Charge" option, the Apple Watch will remind you to charge its battery before preparing for bed and notify you when the battery is fully charged.
