How to make an Apple Watch alarm clock on the bedside table?
Your Apple Watch can double as a neat little bedside clock, which makes it useful even when you're not wearing it.
Of course, the Apple Watch can not track sleep, but if you opt to keep it on charge at night rather than on the wrist, then turn it on its side to enable Bedside Mode.

To do this on your watch, you need:
1. Launch the Settings app on your watch;
2. Go to the General settings;
3. Scroll down and tap on Nightstand Mode;
4. Toggle on Nightstand Mode.
You can also do this with your iPhone:
1. Open the Watch app;
2. Make sure you're on the My Watch tab;
3. Tap General;
4. Scroll down to Bedside Mode.

Change Color of Nightstand Mode on Apple Watch:
1. Go the Settings app on your watch;
2. Go to Accessibility settings;
3. Scroll down to Greyscale and turn on the toggle.
When the Apple Watch works as a bedside clock and shows the current time in a soft green color that does not disturb sleep, its screen goes off periodically. To activate it, you don't need to press it, just tap it on the nightstand next to the gadget.
